Tough thing about this is it's all well and good to get plans, but if you don't get the cooperation, nothing happens. I was trying to buy a theatre out in the Valley to start up something similar to Group 101 films out of, but the owner, whom EVERYONE believes wants to sell, ain't the cooperative type. Thinks he has an advantage if he roadblocks.
